Hey all,
So I have kept my promise and I am writing my Friday blog! (Inner party dance.) Anyways, as we know, this coming Tuesday is Christmas! Yay! I love Christmas; I just feel happy every time this holiday comes around. I think I just love giving people gifts, because it is just more fun that way. This year we adopted a cat, which means we get to load her up with toys as well! I just love buying gifts. So anyways, that is enough talk about me and my weird self. Let us get into the real reason we are here.
Movies: So recently I have seen a few trailers for some movies that I would like to see in the following year. There seem to be a lot of good movies coming out in 2019. I mean 2018 did have some good movies, but I feel like 2019 will out- due it. Then again that is the point of a new year; to be better than the last. Anyways here is a list of the movies I would like to see that are coming out in the next year.
1. Avengers: Endgame- Okay if you guys are like me, you must be excited to see how this move turns out. I mean in the last one half of the earth was wiped out, so how is everyone going to come back? Well I have my own little theory about it. I may be totally wrong though. You know how Dr. Strange said out of all the ways in the future he saw, they only had one chance of winning? Well my theory is that when Dr. Strange handed Thanos the stone that was the way he saw when looking into all the possibilities. The only way for them to win was to give the stone. I could be totally wrong though on this, but I am really curious to see how this movie will turn out.
2. Detective Pikachu – Now I know this movie has had a lot of mix feelings, but I have a feeling it will be great! I mean we get a Ryan Reynolds Pikachu how awesome is that? However, not only that, but I think the way Pikachu looks is super cute and the other Pokémon look fantastic! Anything is possible, the movie could end up being a bummer, but from the trailer I feel like it will meet its expectations.
3. It: Chapter Two- The new remake that came out in 2017 was crazy good. The feeling of terror just seeing that clown reminded me of the 1990 film. The way they did 2017 definitely kept you on your toes as to what was going to happen next. Now next year, we will be getting a sequel to that movie. Let me tell you I am looking forward to that movie. However, I will be scared out of my mind. ( Ha ha ha) Speaking of it, after we saw the movie, his dad was thinking of putting a red balloon outside are door, so when my husband had to leave around 4:30 in the morning it would probably scare him. Oh the joy of family picking on each other.
Games: Now the next thing I want to talk about is some new upcoming games that should be coming out next year. Personally, I look forward to new games coming out and then having to wait for it to go on sale so it won’t cost as much. (If only games were cheaper it would be easier to get them.)
1. Kingdom Hearts 3- I will personally say that this series confuses me, but I am writing about it only because I know people have been waiting for this game for a long time. My husband, who is a huge fan of the series, is super excited for this game. It does look interesting from the trailers I have watched. If only I could understand the story a bit better, I would be more excited. Sorry! But to all those Kingdom Hearts fans, I am so happy for you guys that your game is finally coming out!
2. Fire Emblem: Three Houses- So I recently became a fan of the franchise about a year ago, but I really do love a lot of the characters from both old and new games. I have been playing the Fire Emblem Heros which the books are really good, like book 3 is amazing. Eir is an awesome character and I hope nothing bad happens to Alfonse and his sister, but from the book 3 trailer something bad will happen. Anyways, I jumped the gun there a bit. The three houses that is going to be released next year it looks beautiful. The characters look awesome and I can’t wait to figure out more about the story and what is going on. From the games I have played, they do really well with their story lines; At least I thought so.
3. Animal Crossing on the Switch- I love this game series. I was so excited to hear that they were making an Animal Crossing for the Switch. I am curious as to what this game will be like and how it is going to be different from the other games; I guess I will have to wait and find out for another trailer!
So that is my thoughts on some of the new games and movies coming out that I am looking forward to. Not sure if I explained them well enough, but I am excited for them. I wonder what will happen and how it will play out.
Another random fact, I mentioned my cat above and thought I should let you all know her name. It is Fus. As in Fus-Ro-Dah a shout from the famous Skyrim! It fits her well. Well now you all have a random fact about my cat.
